At My Little Cakepop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home baking and decorating supplies. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused cakepop molds or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
